We have extensive experience in selecting the right prize for an event, offering ready-made solutions for various occasions and fields. We're happy to share our ideas and suggestions to help you choose the perfect prize.

It depends. All of our awards are handmade, and some designs are more complex and labor-intensive than others, requiring more time. We can typically complete an order within 5 to 7 business days of final design approval. We also offer turnkey solutions and designs, which, depending on the volume and workload of orders for a given week, can be completed within 3 business days.

Unfortunately, no! We don't sell empty awards without personalization. Our awards are created as holistic designs, often made from various materials and then assembled into one during the production phase.

We focus primarily on our own, pre-developed designs and collections. However, we are happy to discuss your award project and will do our best to meet your expectations within our capabilities.

We are happy to provide samples of our work. Customers who order samples from NATURE-AWARDS agree to:

• Providing personal details and delivery address along with telephone number
• For sample shipments, the customer pays for shipping before shipment. If the customer decides to proceed with the order after receiving and accepting the sample, the sample shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
• Samples must be returned to NATURE-AWARDS intact and in the original product packaging.
• Samples must be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery of the sample to the Customer's premises.
